CinemaCon: Cirque Du Soleil, Fathom Bringing 'One Night For One Drop' To Cinemas

Cirque du Soleil and Fathom Events have partnered to bring a night of One Drop to select theaters across the US on the afternoon of June 10.

Night of One Drop, recorded in Las Vegas on March 15, was held in honor of One Drop, a nonprofit organization established by the founder of Cirque du Soleil, Guy Laliberte. The show, which raised funds and awareness for water issues worldwide, was one of just a night completely original performance, with artists from each of the eight productions of Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas, along with guest artists.

"Fathom Events is constantly adding new events only as a night of One Drop to our offer of cinema. We are excited to bring this exclusive to the big screen action while also helping to raise awareness for the World Water Day" He said programming vp-Owens Kymberli Frueh Fathom.


Night of One Drop took place inside the Teatro Beatles LOVE at The Mirage Hotel and Casino.

Fathom announced the news on the eve of CinemaCon, the annual meeting of theater owners in Las Vegas that runs 20 to 23 04. During the show, the Metropolitan Opera will receive the first prize Excellence in Alternative Content by its innovative The Met : Live in HD series, now in its tenth season.

Fathom is a partner in live broadcasts Sabbath; Fathom CEO John Rubey is scheduled to present the award to the soprano Deborah Voigt April 21 she is accepting the honor on behalf of the Metropolitan Opera.
